All other areas should contact us for a carriage charge.

How can I pay for my order ?

We prefer payment by BACS or Faster Payments (please call for bank details). We also accept cheques. We do not currently accept card payments.

How long will delivery take and what happens if I order something that's not in stock ?

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of cleared payment being received (proforma invoices) or the order being processed (account customers).

If we are, for any reason, unable to fulfil part of your order, we will send the ‘in stock’ items to you in accordance with our standard terms, and the balance may be placed on 'back order' with you or may be considered cancelled depending on the individual circumstances. We will clarify the situation with you on sending out the ‘in stock’ goods.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item ?

In the unlikely event of any damaged goods being received they must be reported to our head office as soon as possible by emailing sales@aljecwholesale.co.uk or by calling 01462 815731.

Are you able to export overseas ?

We may be able to export goods depending on the volume of the order, but would welcome any such enquiries and discuss them individually.
