How can I view the rest of your website products & prices ?

To view our website, you will need to register for a Trade Only Account -  WE DO NOT SUPPLY THE GENERAL PUBLIC - by clicking the following link: http://www.marvells.co.uk/shop/register

I already have an account with you but I can�t seem to access your website, why is that?

For security reasons the trade account you hold with us is not automatically linked to this web catalogue and ordering system. Therefore to access the online site, you will need to register online for a web account on the 'Register an Account' page: http://www.marvells.co.uk/shop/register

We will endeavour to approve your account as soon as possible and once that is done you will receive an email confirming that you will then be able to access the full Marvell�s and Aljec website and purchase online.

What is your minimum order value ?

Our minimum order value depends on the following factors:

Customers who are on one of our standard local delivery routes (in Bedfordshire and certain surrounding counties) will have deliveries on set days. Customers further afield will have deliveries via courier. Please contact us if you are unsure as to which applies to you.

There is no formal minimum order value for local delivery on our own transport, although it would be helpful if you could make the order value as reasonable as you possibly can.

Other deliveries should be for a minimum value of �150. Carriage will be charged at a fixed �20 (exc VAT) For deliveries Mainland England and Wales ONLY,  on orders up to the Carriage Paid Order values shown in the table below.

All other areas should contact us for a carriage charge.  

Northern Ireland & Eire: �105.00 (exc VAT) 

How much will I get charged for delivery ?

We are currently trialling a lower minimum order for carriage paid, with a £100 minimum. Terms and conditions apply - see our Delivery page for more information.

How can I pay for my order ?

We prefer payment by BACS or Faster Payments (please call for bank details). We also accept cheques. We do not currently accept card payments.

How long will delivery take and what happens if I order something that's not in stock ?

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of cleared payment being received (proforma invoices) or the order being processed (account customers).

If we are, for any reason, unable to fulfil part of your order, we will send the �in stock� items to you in accordance with our standard terms, and the balance may be placed on 'back order' with you or may be considered cancelled depending on the individual circumstances. We will clarify the situation with you on sending out the �in stock� goods.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item ?

In the unlikely event of any damaged goods being received they must be reported to our head office as soon as possible by emailing sales@aljecwholesale.co.uk or by calling 01462 815731.

Are you able to export overseas ?

We may be able to export goods depending on the volume of the order, but would welcome any such enquiries and discuss them individually.

Do you produce a catalogue and how do I get one ?

We do not currently have a printed catalogue available, but all available products can be seen online.

Can you help me if I want a bespoke product that I can't see in your catalogue or on your website?
